Условия использования

"Service" means the Kirje web application, mobile app, and any related APIs.

"User", "you", "your" means the natural person or legal entity accessing the Service.

"We", "us", "our" means Kirje OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17123456).

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your e-Financials API key. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) interfere with its security features, (c) use the Service to violate any applicable law, or (d) upload content you don't have the right to upload.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: annual plans refund the unused portion on request. Monthly plans are non-refundable except as required by Estonian consumer law.

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical. You may terminate at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court (Tallinn), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules say otherwise.
